By email

Write to [email protected]. It is one address for every kind of message below, so say in the first line which kind it is. A message to it is forwarded to the publisher, Life Science Outsourcing, Inc., and read by a person; there is no ticket system and no automatic reply. What we hold about a message you send, and for how long, is on the privacy page. There is no form on this page, because an address you can use from your own mail client is the form.

By post

Post reaches Medical Device Manufacturing at its publisher’s address.

Life Science Outsourcing, Inc.
830 Challenger St
Brea, CA 92821

What to say it is about

Say in the first line which of these your message is about, and include the details each one asks for.

News and releases
Product news, plant news, standards news, executive moves and events. Include what happened and when, a link to the primary source, and a named contact who can answer a technical question. Submitting is free and is not sponsorship. Releases have their own address, [email protected], which reaches the same person, and a form on submit news.
Corrections
Say which story and which sentence, and what you believe is right. A correction is published on the story, dated, saying what was wrong and what is now right.
Tips
Reporting leads from inside the industry. We name sources by default and we say so before a conversation starts, not after.
Sponsorship
Say which unit or which editorial month you are asking about. Rates are on request.
Directory and verification
Listing, claiming a company page, and questions about what verification covers. Name the company and, if it has one, its page on this site.
Data corrections
If a record on a data page does not match the FDA record it links to, tell us which page and which field. We do not edit the FDA record; we fix how we render it.
Rules complaints
If you think one of the network rules was broken, say which rule and what happened.
