Post a position

Free, in your own words, verified by your mailbox, and linking out to you for the application.

How it works

  • Fill in the form below. The employer, the position, where the work is done, what it pays if you want to say, and where applicants go.
  • Open the link sent to your address. It has to be an address on the employer’s own domain, and applications have to go to that domain too: a page on the employer’s site, or an address on it. That is what makes the confirmation mean something. The posting is public the moment the link is opened; the link works for seven days and once, and a posting nobody confirms is deleted when it expires.
  • A second message carries the link that manages it. Close it, renew it or edit it from there. A posting is open for 30 days unless you say otherwise, 60 at most, and can be renewed to 90 days from the day it went public. After that it is a new posting.
  • It appears under a line saying the employer posted it and that this site has not checked it. No verified mark, no featured slot, nothing for sale: postings are listed newest first, and the only mark a posting can carry is a member’s own verification badge, which is earned and never bought.
  • Applicants go to you. This site takes no application, holds no CV and never knows who applied. A closed posting’s page stays for 90 days, marked closed, and is then deleted.

If your company has claimed its page here, post from your company profile instead: there is no confirmation link, and the posting appears on your company page as well as on the board. Free mailboxes are not accepted on this form; an employer with no domain of its own can write to us through the contact page and a person here can post it. What a posting agrees to is on terms.

The employer

The company hiring, as it would appear on an offer letter. Up to 160 characters.

Never published.

The confirmation link goes there, and applications have to go to that domain too. Never published. Free mailboxes are not accepted.

The position

A title, not a slogan. Up to 120 characters.

The role the reader has, not the department.

Needed for an on-site or hybrid role. A remote role may leave it empty.

Optional. MA, Bayern, Ontario.

The two-letter code: US, DE, MX. For a remote role, the country applicants must be in, if any.

What the work is, what it needs, and where it is done. Plain text, up to 6000 characters; a blank line starts a paragraph. Standards by number and year.

Optional. A figure or a range and its period, in your words: 85,000 to 95,000 a year.

The three-letter code beside a figure: USD, EUR.

A page on the employer’s own website, or an address on its domain. Applications never pass through this site, and this site holds nothing about the people who apply.

Days, counted from the moment the posting is public. 30 if left empty, 60 at most; renewable later from the link you are sent.

Categories

Optional. The directory’s own categories, so a reader browsing a category finds the position. Pick what the work is actually in.
